Orders are shipped via USPS

You should receive an email from us with your tracking number as soon as it's ready to ship out. If you don’t see it right away try checking your junk folder. If you do not receive this email within 1 week of placing your order please contact us at info@drawnbywater.com with your order number and we will be happy to check on your order.

Please contact info@drawnbywater.com as soon as possible. We often ship orders on the same day. Once the order has left our studio we cannot make any changes to the address.

We always try and pack our orders to the best of our ability but occasionally things happen in transit. Please reach out to us at info@drawnbywater.com with order details and a photo of your item and any damaged packaging and we will be happy to send a replacement.

You may return an unopened / unused purchase within 30 days from receipt of your order and receive a full refund for the item(s).

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on paper products that have been written in or altered, sale items, or gift cards.
